NORDIC ECO FORM RM 85 is a ready-to-use water emulsion based on vegetable oil enabling the easy demolding of concrete and the production of clean, stain-free concrete surfaces. The use of NORDIC ECO FORM RM 85 prevents the formwork from being over-oiled with usual application quantities. If applied correctly, the adhesion of subsequent coats (e.g. plaster, paint) is not affected. The product is compatible with synthetic flexible & non-flexible formwork and expanded Polystyrene. NORDIC ECO FORM RM 85 Ready-to-use emulsion for the construction site with normal requirements for the visible concrete surfaces. For absorbent and non-absorbent wooden formwork in rain-protected areas. Ideal to produce cement bonded pressboard and fiber reinforced cement panels on steel formwork. Ideal for oiling paver boards in the concrete block & paver industry. Can be diluted up to 1: 3 with water for this purpose. NORDIC ECO FORM RM 135 is a chemically/physically acting form release agent based on a light-colored synthetic oil that is low in aromatic content, keeps the formwork clean and has high corrosion-protection properties. Special additives ensure easy formwork removal and facilitate the production of clean concrete surfaces without any stains or blowholes. The product does not impede the adhesion of subsequent coatings (e.g. render, paint coats) if applied appropriately thinly. Non-corrosive to foamed plastics like expanded Polystyrene and similar materials when standard production methods are employed.

NORDIC ECO FORM RM 135 is particularly suitable for in-situconcrete construction; the product can be applied on absorbent and non-absorbent timber formwork as well as on steel formwork and form liners. The product is also suitable for use in precast concrete plants (at heat application of up to 80 °C during production) and tunnel construction.

In asphalt processing, NORDIC BIO FORM MT 245 is used as a maintenance/care product and as cleaner to enhance sliding properties for dump beds, road pavers and work equipment. NORDIC BIO FORM MT 245 is a ready-to-use product and should be applied using a pressure or power sprayer; application should be repeated after every wet-cleaning cycle. Can be spray-applied onto wet surfaces immediately after cleaning once water splashes have drained off, or after drying. Not suitable for use as longterm storage protection. If exposed to strong direct sunlight, encrustation may occur, which can be removed with a suitable cleaner.
